Unit Sales and Leasing
Sales
Prior to the sale or transfer of a condominium parcel, any unit owner desiring to sell or transfer shall first submit the name of the proposed purchaser, the contract of sale and the Proposed Resale of Unit Form to the Board of Directors for their approval, or disapproval, which shall be given within thirty (30) days from the date of the submission of the contract of sale.
Leasing
No unit shall be leased or rented by a unit owner for less than ninety (90) days. Prior to the leasing of a condominium unit, the unit owner shall first submit the proposed lease agreement together with the
Leasing Occupancy Form to the Board of Directors for their approval or disapproval.
All such leases are further made subject to the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the Association, and the Condominium Act.
Unit owners shall provide all renters with a current version of the Tenants Rules and Regulations and shall be responsible for addressing and correcting any reported rule violation committed by their renters.
Owner Friends and Family
Unit owners, when not in residence in their unit, shall have the right to permit occupancy of their unit by friends or relatives, provided remuneration (money or services) is not paid to the unit owner and provided advance notification of such arrangements is given in writing to the Association by completing and submitting
Friend / Family Occupancy Form
All such use of a condominium unit is further made subject to the Declaration of Condominium, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of the Association, and the Condominium Act.
